David Yunghans
The focus of Mr. Yunghans’s practice is commercial litigation, creditors’ rights and immigration law.
Mr. Yunghans graduated from Ohio University (B.A., cum laude) and Southern Illinois School of Law (J.D.), where he was awarded Best Brief in the Health Law Moot Court Competition.
Mr. Yunghans previously practiced at the firms of Reisenfeld & Associates and Weltman, Weinberg and Reis, both located in Cincinnati, Ohio, in the areas of creditors’ rights and bankruptcy. Mr. Yunghans also practiced immigration law at the firm of Ramineni and Associates in Woburn, Massachusetts.
Mr. Yunghans is admitted in the state courts of Ohio, Kentucky, New York and Massachusetts and to the federal courts in Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana and Massachusetts.
