Franziskus Lepionka

The focus of Mr. Lepionka’s practice is commercial, creditors’ rights, real estate and land use litigation.

Mr. Lepionka is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (B.A.) and Vermont Law School (J.D.), where he was student body president, a Schweitzer Fellow and a Dean’s Fellow.

Mr. Lepionka was a judicial clerk for the Vermont Judiciary. He then worked at Bourbeau & Associates, where he specialized in land use and eminent domain litigation.

Mr. Lepionka is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts state and federal courts and in the Vermont state courts.
